1. Purchase a send-in slot using the button below.

Remember to include the name and thread colour you would like in the notes section at checkout. Embroidery of up to 9 letters is included in the price.

2. Send your knit to us.

Once you have placed your order we will send you details of our delivery address. We are happy for you to order knits directly to us from a shop, if preferred. We are able to personalise knits of any size through our send-in service, even if it is a size we do not currently stock in our shop.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service. We regret that we are unable to accept responsibility for the knit until it has been safely delivered to us.

3. We will personalise your knit for you, and send it back, ready for your little one to wear.
