Turnaround time
We will aim to get your knit to you as soon as possible, but as we are a small business, please allow up to 2 weeks for your knit to be dispatched during busy times.
The turnaround time for our send-in service will be as above, starting from the day we receive your knit.
Delivery
We send all our knits 1st Class with Royal Mail. There is the option at checkout to upgrade to express for next working day delivery (please note, the 2 week turnaround time will still apply).

Standard - £3.50
Express - £9.00
Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once we have begun creating your custom knit, due to the personalised nature of our products. If you have any concerns with your order, please do get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve this.
Sizes and personalisation
As all of our knits are handmade, exact measurements will vary. If you’d like to know the measurements of a specific knit, please drop us a message and we will send them over.
Prices include your chosen knit, and personalisation up to 9 characters. If you require extra characters, or would like additional words, please drop us a message before ordering and we'll be happy to help.
Knit care guide
As all our knits are handmade, we recommend hand-washing them to keep them soft and cosy. Once washed, lay flat to dry.
Do not hot wash, tumble dry, or iron.
Avoid contact with jewellery or other items/materials that knits may be likely to catch or snag on.
Reduce need for washing by removing knits during mealtimes and messy play.
